Chili Cheese Frito Taco Pie


1 1/2 lbs of lean ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
3/4 Cup Water
1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Cup Milk
2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 Bag of Chili Cheese Fritos

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a 9×9 Baking Pan  add a layer of the Chili Cheese Fritos.
  • Next in a large pan, brown the ground beef with the minced garlic. Add the salt and pepper. Drain the fat when it’s fully browned and cook. Return the pan to the stove top.
  • Add the taco season and water. Mix well and let simmer for about 3-4 minutes or until the taco season has had time to thicken up. Now pour the meat over the chili cheese fritos.
    Top that off with the shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 10 or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Guacamole and Salsa
